Jamie Coré
Jamie Coré is a Director at AQ Technology Partners where he focuses on M&A, growth capital raising, and strategic advisory for leading software and software-enabled businesses.
With over a decade of technology investment banking and M&A advisory experience, Jamie has successfully closed dozens of transactions totaling more than $35 billion with some of the world’s largest strategic buyers, visionary founders and technology focused private equity firms.
His most recent work includes completed transactions in areas such as AI/intelligent automation, productivity & work management, CloudTech & DevOps, web presence & digital marketing, and vertical SaaS (e.g., financial, insurance, legal, music, and travel).
Prior to AQ, Jamie was a Director at Lazard, one of the world's leading advisors on M&A, divestitures and related strategic matters for both public and private corporate technology clients. Earlier in his career, Jamie worked in the Technology Group at Deutsche Bank where he advised companies on various strategic alternatives including M&A, leveraged buyouts, divestitures, recapitalizations, investments, capital structure and capital raising alternatives.
Jamie holds a B.S. in Business Administration from UC Berkeley's HaaS School of Business and while completing his degree, Jamie played NCAA Division I golf for UC Berkeley’s men’s golf team.
