Zack Buzzatto
Zack Buzzatto is a Director at AQ Technology Partners where he focuses on M&A, growth equity, and strategic advisory for software and software-enabled businesses.
With nearly a decade of experience in investment banking and M&A advisory, Zack has successfully completed multiple cross-border sell-side processes, buy-side mandates, and committed acquisitions financings totaling more than $20 billion.
Prior to AQ, Zack was a Director at Cowen (formerly Portico Capital Advisors) where he executed transactions across all of the firm’s software, data, and analytics verticals. Zack began his career as a submarine officer in the United States Navy and brings transaction experience from technology investment banking and private equity.
Zack holds a BS in Quantitative Economics from the United States Naval Academy, and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business.
